Outreach Facilitator – 10 open positions
Serve as a Transformance Ambassador at various community events in the Metroplex.  
 

Volunteer tasks include:

• Welcome and greet attendees

• Share Transformance services with attendees

• Demonstrate Transformance's new app, Pocket Change USA, on your smart phone

 

 

Financial Coach – 10 open positions
AIM stands for Accountable-Inspirational-Motivational and is a financial capability program for low to moderate income families. AIM is a United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and private partnership funded program that involves financial counseling, classes, coaching and a matched IDA savings account to help clients establish emergency savings, increase their credit score and reduce debt. 
 

Transformance has partnered with DCCCD to provide students with support for financial issues. Many students have financial issues develop during schooling and are unable to complete their degree. C2:SAFE helps them stay in school and make better financial decisions.
 

Financial coaches are needed for both programs requiring a minimum of one touch per month with the client, either in person or over the phone. Financial coaching training will be provided before volunteer begins counseling.

 

 

Pre-Purchase Class Administrator – 2 open positions

Provide assistance to the instructors:  (2 Pre-Purchase Classes: English language and Spanish language)

• Assisting instructor with rooms set-up

• Checking students in upon arrival

• Ordering lunch for both classes

• Preparing completion certificates

• Assisting instructor with room clean-up

 

 

Digital Advocate – infinite open positions
One of the easiest ways to volunteer your time and help us further our mission is by being a Digital Advocate and promoting our message online.
